Landlord can be an owner or a group of owners of any kind of real estate property. Landlord are the kind of people who may have their own responsibilities when it comes to dealing with tenants. So, do you think that there are, indeed, some legal responsibilities of landlord? If yes, then what are they?

I live in a rented apartment. I expect my landload to provide repairs and damages. Since it is his property, I expect him to maintain the property. I also expect him to pay the rental taxes. Since he collects money, he is morally responsible to pay the rental taxes.
