Apps design ain't so perfect and photoshop mutch better but i would say PicsArt isn't bad though

you have some good and useful applications on the phone from which you can make 3d animations :)

KeyShot
KeyShot is a bit simpler than Blender but still has the potential to create some seriously impressive 3D graphics and animations for no charge.
Maya For 3D Animation. can be used to produce interactive 3D applications such as visual effects, animated films, video games, etc...
You can also use PicsArt Animator - GIF & Video (Android, iPhone, iPad) ...
Animoto Video Maker (iPhone, iPad) ...
Blender.
Stop Motion Studio (Android, iPhone, iPad) or Plotagon

Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, 3D Max, Adobe After Effects. All these softwares are capable of rendering aminating effect. Cinema 4D is better off but it comprehensive to work with but with time you invested in knowing it, it pays and worth it.

I would love to know some of the softwares people use to make 3d animations?
Well then you have to purchase softwares obviously paid ones as no company provides that feature for free but still if you want to do it without paying then downl9ad the picsart app from the playstore , its free and not bad enough for creating 3d animations
Give it a try!

I think these are some apps that you want to know
1.AdobeSpark
2. Animation Desk Classic 3.Animoto Video Maker.
4. Stop motion studio
in this way, adobe animation is not free, but it has free trial The only way to buy is through a subscription to Adobe's Creative Cloud.

Maya For 3D Animation. Maya is developed by Autodesk, Inc and can be used to produce interactive 3D applications such as visual effects, animated films, video games, and more. It is very effective.

Even if we show you the application you will not even be able to use because for you to be able to great 3D animation you need to go and learn how it is done you can learn it from YouTube or any other site you think will be suitable for you, just learn it first and they will tell you the best app to use.

There are a lot of them now and they let you work with your android phone. Most apps that allow you do 3D animation are free and you don't need to pay a penny. PicsArt is still one of my favorite and I have used it a few times without complain.

Adobe Photoshop CC. Like it or not, Photoshop remains the industry standard (Image credit: Adobe) ...
Adobe Illustrator CC. ...
Affinity Designer. ...
Affinity Photo. ...
CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2019. ...
Adobe InDesign. ...
Affinity Publisher. ...
Adobe XD.

  1. Maya. Industrial-strength 3D modelling software, with a price to match.
  2. Houdini. 3D modelling software used in today's movie and TV VFX.
  3. Cinema 4D. Brilliant 3D modelling software for beginners and pros alike.
  4. Autodesk 3ds Max.
  5. Modo.
  6. Lightwave 3D.
  7. ZBrush.

Maya and 3Dmax, are two best programs to create 3D animation. However, these are expensive programs. YOu can use Blender as well, which is open source 3D animation program

For my 3D graphic design jobs, I am currently using Photoshop on my laptop, though I am not a professional yet with 3d works. When you talk about animations do you mean cartoons?

The apps are there and easily accessible but learning the basics can be a bit tough without some basic tutorials. I had downloaded a good number of the apps listed above but I couldn't use them.

If you do not have money to pay for premium 3D design and modeling tools like 3D Max or Maya, you can try Blender. It is an open souce 3 D design and modeling software.
