Any niche can be a good niche if you have a profit strategy.

I think a lot of forum admins fail at just relying on AdSense or sponsored spots as a way to earn. You should have multiple streams of income. The more streams of income you have, the better chance you'll earn.

Do your research.

Determine what your audience wants, needs, and what their pain points are.

Once you figure that out, focus on products and services that cater to those needs, wants, and pain points.
