Offering incentives is one of the greatest ways to reward your customers. The fact remains that if a customer remains loyal to your business, then you could offer them incentives through various ways. Offering gift cards and discount coupons is a great way to offer incentives. However, what are some other ways to offer incentives?

The kind of business I run, it's a little difficult to give gift cards but coupon codes could work well if I am honest.

At the moment, I tend to do small incentives every so often for my customers such as buy-one-get-one-free or even ones such as half-price for a certain period of time.

They tend to do well when I do them but I don't do them too often so they are more of an incentive.

Buying x number of products and getting one product free is the best incentive a business can give to a customer. The basic idea behind this sales strategy is to encourage your customers to buy more products. Since you will be selling in bulk, you will also be making good sales. This is also an idea way to sell your old stock

There are many ways to offer incentives. I may also offer free delivery to a customer. This is because there are many customers who may be concerned about delivery charges in many cases. Many businesses charge a huge amount of fees for delivering products and the customer might be reluctant to pay those charges.

If you are selling offline, you might not have to provide delivery of goods as customers will get their products themselves. However, online businesses need delivery services, and providing free delivery services will certainly boost your business.

The best ways that you can offer incentive to your customers is my giving them bonuses. Customers always love getting discounts. In my business of poultry and fish farming, I don't charge my customers for processing their birds or fishes. I don't offer free delivery because it's expensive.

I am working on a way that I can be able to cover delivery services and deliver to my customers anywhere that they are. It is something that I've used in the past when I began and it worked for me before cost of production became higher. When a customer know that they are not paying for delivery, they will happily want to buy from you.

Every customer will always wants save money off their delivery. This is why most companies now have a strategy in place to include part of the delivery service money into the price of the products. So, now, customers can now pay for goods together with the delivery fee without knowing but it feels like they had the deliver free of charge.

Offering free delivery could be a plus point when it comes to offering incentives to your customers in many other ways. However, rising price of fuel is not making it possible for companies to offer this kind of incentives to their customers. In fact, a rise in the price of fuel has increased inflation a lot.

Even though I don't offer free delivery services to any of business customers, not at least when I don't want to do it, but I always make sure that my services are top notch. They know they get something that's worth what they are paying for. They know the delivery fee will not change anything.

If you're thinking of being creative with giving incentive to your customers, it's necessary to give them the incentives in a way you're business is the to benefit more. Any strategy used in managing your business that doesn't pay your business more should be revoked.

As I already have an offline business, I offer my customers delivery service option if they are interested. They can either decide to make use of my delivery service or come she pick up their purchased products. Most of them always prefer to use my delivery services.

Offering free delivery as a form of incentive is not possible for many businesses because it is no longer feasible under many circumstances. Many businesses such as restaurant businesses are charging a particular amount of fee depending on the distance of the restaurant and the place where food should be delivered.

The longer the distance to the destination of where your customer purchased from is always going to impact on the delivery cost. This is the reason why most businesses cannot actually afford to do this because it is always going to be more expensive for them to pay for such delivery free. It is going to affect a big part of the profit they made from the sales of the product.

Get creative with customer incentives by introducing loyalty challenges. For example, offer exclusive discounts or freebies for customers who complete a set number of purchases within a specific period. Run engaging contests on social media platforms, encouraging customers to share their experiences or creative uses of your products.
