A restaurant business is a very lucrative business. It could run very well if you know how to run it in a proper manner. However, I am quite sure that there should be certain laws related to restaurant businesses as well. So, what are some of those laws related to restaurant business?

In our country, a restaurant needs to be registered with the municipal office. All the taxes related to running restaurants need to be paid to the municipal office. However, if the restaurant is launched under a company, the company needs to be registered with company registrar's office and also registered with VAT office.
