Job agencies are very popular in many different kinds of countries. Usually, the contract of hiring an employee is given to such kind of companies/agencies. As a result, such kind of companies usually try to hire the kind of person needed by such kind of agencies. So, do you think that such kind of agencies could prove to be helpful?

They essentially help people get hired and also help businesses find workers who are looking for said jobs. It makes the process a lot easier.

Job agencies, sometimes also called recruitment agencies, are the companies that are used by businesses and companies to run vacancies and hire staff. Hiring staff is a tedious process, therefore, businesses and companies outsource this task to job agencies. SInce these job agencies frequently hire staff for companies, people create portfolio on these agencies and frequently apply to the available jobs.

Job agencies, or recruitment agencies, are like matchmakers for job seekers and companies. They take on the heavy lifting of the hiring process, making life easier for businesses. It's awesome that people can create portfolios on these agencies, making job hunting a bit more streamlined.

I’ve been working for an undisclosed company for three months. I cannot publicly disclose the company I’m working for.

It’s an agency. The whole idea of the agency is to allow the prospective employer to decide whether you are suitable for the role and they have up to three months to make a decision based upon your capabilities and performance for the role in question.

Only problem with agencies is that they lack employment rights and moral. You don’t have a direct line manager and often any company benefits are paid at a minimum as required by statutory regulations and law.

Would I recommend working for an agency? Yes and no. If you are looking for quick income and don’t mind job hopping then it’s for you. Or if your using an agency to get a prospective role, then 100% go for it.
