What are different types of real estate properties?

There are many different kinds of real estate properties out there. For example, there could be residential properties and commercial properties out there. So, what are some other kind of properties out there? Are there some other types of properties as well?

I think the general categorization is residential property and commercial property. While residential properties are for people to live in, commercial properties are for businesses to operate. By the way, these two categories can have multiple sub divisions.
