What age is best to plan your retirement?

I may have asked this before on here, I am not entirely sure. I am getting mixed answers from people I ask. I just want to know a rough estimate. Like when do you plan on setting up your retirement and planning for your future after you stop working?

If you do not plan for your retirement early in your life, you will have financial difficulties in your old age.
