What advice would you give to your past self who hasn't started investing in crypto

I would tell me to act calmly, to focus only on cryptocurrencies that are well established, and not to worry about chasing prices, that opportunities will always come if you stay patient and with a solid well-established plan, what would you say to your past self?

Do not panic when the market falls, because the price cannot constantly rise and you cannot always be in the plus, so you need to focus on long-term investment.
