In some countries well connected powerful people are making fake promises that they will purchase domains for the last ten years, but they do not pay the domain investor any money for the domains, and do not get domains legally transferred. However, just because these well connected people are making fake promises of purchasing domains, the government is falsely claiming that the liars making fake promises are domain investors and is paying the frauds monthly government salaries for faking domain ownership, while slandering the real domain investor. The largest tech and internet companies are also supporting the domain fraudsters. Has anyone been making fake promises to purchase domains from you? In your country only making fake promises of purchasing domains, without actually paying any money , makes a person a domain investor, according to dishonest tech and internet companies, government agencies?

In order to avoid this kind of issue, you can try selling your domains through domain marketplace like flippa, where you can hand over the ownership only when you receive payment.
