I discourage people from using webs because:
a) Sub-domain. From what I've heard, a sub-domain kills SEO. I might be wrong, but it is a factor you want to consider
b) It's easy to build websites these days because of the plethora of tutorials available. If you don't want to build your own, then there are much better services available such as wordpress.com
