What do you think of members who come to your forum and register with their website as their user name? Personally, I hate and despise that and I would straight away revert that users name to something without the http:// / www. or .com (or whatever) in it.

No need to do that in my eyes.

I find it annoying. Usually new webmasters do it, quite often they think they'll be some massive site in a few months and then everyone will recognize their username. It really is a waste of time though. Although I visit peoples signature links, I have never visited an Avatar or Username link.

Very true, I think some new webmasters think it is a form of advertising which no-one has tapped into so they'll do it, haha.
