I think hostgator is the best on the market right now and the cheapest package is $ 2.75 / month. it is not a large sum and it offers you many advantages!

or namecheap, godaddy...

Hostgator is certainly good, but I do not think godaddy can be labeled as a good hosting solution because I have read a lot of horror stories regarding hosting with godaddy. But I can recommend namecheap, they have lowest hosting cost in the market.
