Web hosting company has disabled FTP access

A web hosting company I use has disabled FTP access and it is very inconvenient since I cannot upload files easily. Is it better to change web hosting or continue with it. ?

Why did the web host disable FTP in the first place? If they don't provide valid information and if they do not resume the service, you should change your web host.

They are falsely claiming that the ad code posted is malware, and disabling FTP. Their software is falsely detecting the ad code as malware to prevent monetization.
