Do you warn other forum owners/staff about members on your forum who are troublemakers, spammers, scammers or whatnot?
I don't always do it, but there were a few times I contacted a friend of mine who is on staff at another Christian forum to warn him about a member who had signed up on both of our forums. I had done research to discover the guy was scamming people and wanted to save him the trouble.
Now, if it's just someone who likes to mouth off, I don't really say anything to any other forum owners.
