I want to keep a database of all my work files and all the files for my portfolio, but I really want to keep one safe. Maybe you can recommend something?
Thank you very much.

I would encrypt the file and either store it in your cloud server or NAS at home if you have one. I wouldn't trust a USB or single drive for protecting critical information.

If you want to keep one file safe then you can put it on usb and you can then password protect it in order to ensure that no one apart from you can access it.
