Fraud orders in web hosting can be an exhausting task to always manage. What are some ways that you verify your customer information to make sure they are not lying about their details?

Some of the web hosting companies are using OTP or manually verifying the order, especially for first time customers. For regular customers, fraud is not a major problem, they provide correct details.

I don't sell hosting, and I have been never asked to verify your identity by my lost. However, in order to stop unauthorized access, my hosts sends OTP code to my mobile phone (the number used while registering with the hosting provider)
