Have you thought of using Google Apps to help support your community or website? Let's start out talking about what apps there are for you to use, besides Gmail of course.

This list includes:
  • Meet
  • Chat
  • Calendar
  • Drive
  • Docs
  • Sheets
  • Slides
  • Forms
  • Sites
  • Keep
  • Apps Script
  • Jamboard
Google Sheets is one that I can see have the most potential to support you and your community! Here are some uses or recommendations!

- Content Calendar - Can schedule posts, articles, updates, and etc. You could also make this viewable by anyone so that way the community is aware and is updated!
- Collaboration due to allowing multiple users to collaborate at one time. Perhaps two teams need to work together to create a timeline - this will make it easier!
- Data Storage and Management - You can analyze your statistics and data, feedback, all within one place and keep it to where it is easily accessible wherever you go.
- User Management - You can maintain lists of registered users, perhaps contests winters, tracking activity etc.
- Search Engin Optimization (SEO) - Using Google Sheets to support Keyword Research to help track relevant keywords, their search volumes, and their performance.
- Budgeting and Expense Tracking - I feel like this is self explanatory, but you can track expenses of your community.
- Sharing and Embedding - you can share and embed google sheets much easier than excel!

Google Forms is one that I can see some potential, but not as much as Google Sheets.
- Surveys and Feedback if you don't have access to create forms on your community.
- Contest entries

Is there more potential to explore using apps on Google? Have you thought of these uses, would these benefit you?
