Using AI to proofread your work

Does anyone here use AI and AI chatbots to help proofread your work? I have been using AI chat bots as of late to help proofread some of my blog posts. I only use it for proofreading, but have used it to help me brainstorm ideas. How good is the AI chatbot you use for proofreading? Do you still suggest having a real person proofread your work as well?

I use ChatGPT to proof read my works as well as check grammar. I have found that using AI tool like ChatGPT can help you improve your work if you are using English as a second language and you are average with your language and grammar skills. I usually do this with my old works and usually for my blog posts.
