URL Shorteners that put up ads above the site you visit

I remember a URL shortener, that when you access the link it'll just put up an ad above the site you're viewing. The Sports betting banner that plays here on Bizdustry reminded me of it. I like these type of link shorteners because it doesn't force me to watch an ad, but I get a banner ad instead that shows either an ad for the link shortener itself, or an ad for whoever they are promoting at the time.

Anyway, do they still do these link shorteners? And if so, what one is it?
