Which country in the world will you advise an Africa man to travel to, for his second degree? As for me, I'm in Nigeria, and will to further my education abroad.

If you are into technology ill advise you to go for the Asian countries precisely China because they have both the practical and theory operations
 
I think traveling abroad for second degree is a good idea but you also have to consider the cost
 
It is very good to seek for advanced knowledge abroad. Its also a nice form of investment. I would advise you try and seek a scholarship and go to Canada, US, or even the Europe. Job opportunities are likely to be available upon completion of the degree.
 
If you've limited resources and you're equally looking for institutions that offer scholarship abroad with good environment and facilities, I will advise you to go to Germany
 
I think you can travel to usa , or Germany depending on your choice , but am very sure that if you are prepared with the cost you could possibly get a job there

For someone from Africa I heared Finland Sweden and Norway are the best options. Norway even offers free tuition.
 
if u want to study in countries with cheaper tuition fees, you have to learn the instruction language, you can check out schools in Cyprus,China and Germany, Germany is tuition free in some universities, including Finland but the cost of living is high in those places.
 
Travelling abroad for a second degree in my country is quite andl hot cake because when you acquire such a degree you will become so important that all companies or organisations in the world would love to employ your services.

The country you can travel for study depend on the course of study. But general the United state and major European countries will be nice. They have the best universities in the world.
