Webmasters and beginners to online money making struggle to think of website ideas. I'm here with my top ten list of websites you should start to make you money. Why haven't I started them? Cash, time, location and age prevents me from starting most things (but especially time). If you make millions, you may consider a donation to yours truly...
The Script
The only script I have managed to find costs $30 and you can find it here: Xavier's Pop-Under Script
You will also need a VPS or Dedicated server to run this.
There's Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram and Pinterest but there is no dedicated video based social network. Why not encourage people to share their opinions on the day via video? They could show their friends them trying on a new dress, they could create a special birthday video for a family member. It's Vlogging for the masses and it could be huge if developed correctly. Think about the number of iPhones and Android smart phones capable of creating good vlog entries- it's big and growing.
You will definitely need a lot of start up capital here. You will need to pay for a developer to make the site or edit an existing software. Apps should be built for the major platforms. Special features should be included- such as templates for birthday wishes videos. A dedicated server would be required as well for this.
They pop up everywhere and people are flipping them to make some cash. Why go into an already competitive niche? Most of the owners in this niche are not dedicated enough and do not understand how to market this type of site.
For those of you who have been hiding, without internet access, at the bottom of your garden for the past few years you'll need an explanation as to what Fiverr.com is. Fiverr is a micro-job site where users can order "gigs". These "gigs" are just jobs such as article writing. Fiverr gigs can only cost $5 although you can use gig addons to bump up the price but the basic gig would still be $5.
Take a look at one of the main Fiverr competitors: SeoClerks.com. It's a fantastic website and rather than limiting users to selling at $5, you can sell at any price up to $999.
The owner of a Fiverr clone site makes a percentage of every sale- Usually 20%. Of course you won't earn 20% of every sale because of Paypal fees. I worked out that you would make around 9.5% on sales. When you pay out your sellers, you need to pay them via gift payment and assume the fees for the payment.
A VPS is recommended for this website idea.
The Script
There are many script options. Here are a few ideas:
Superb fully featured microjobs/fiverr type script | PHPValley
WordPress Pricerr Theme / Micro Job Script - SiteMile.com
Fiverr Script | Fiverr Clone
Marketing
To market your Fiverr clone site you should give out vouchers to buyers and sellers. $5 vouchers would encourage activity on the site. By setting a $20 minimum cashout for Lvl 1 sellers you will also limit the affect giving out hundreds of dollars in vouchers (as only some people will be able to cashout).
Don't get me wrong, you are going to need a good few thousand dollars to do this one but a unique marketing idea may just get you the user numbers you need to start creating something big.
Social networks are worth billions of dollars or even a few hundred thousand dollars for the smaller networks. You will obviously need a dedicated server and a developer for this idea. The only unique twist is how to get the user numbers.
The Marketing Twist
How could you get thousands of users? How about creating a general chat forum? Basically what you will need to do is integrate the signup to a forum software (such as Xenforo) with a social network software (such as BuddyPress)- you can possibly do this through Wordpress. When you launch promote the 1&1 Internet - Home. Make the main domain a landing page promoting your forum. You will need to use forum building techniques to get this new forum up to a reasonable size (postloop, forum mergers, competitions). Once you are at 100,000 posts plus, remove the landing page on the main domain and replace it with a social network. Forum users can still get to the forum through /forum but now they are also being encouraged to social network with other members. On Xenforo you will need to replace the links so that they also link to the social network part of the site.
You will automatically have hundreds and hopefully thousands of social network members.
This could be a fantastic profit machine if built and marketed correctly. This is like a free version of lotto where users gain entries through the completion of surveys or other signup related offers.
CPALead.com is a content locker. What you need to do is create a landing page offering to give away a free iphone (subtly mention you only give 1 away per month). Then content lock the entry form so the user can only enter to win after they have completed an offer. You will get $1 + or so per completed offer. You will need to get around 700 entries to break even.
Marketing
Hand out flyers- especially around universities or post them into mailboxes in poorer suburbs.
Online marketing through forum signatures can be a winner.
How does something for free make money? Just like the previous 1 Free Iphone idea you could require a survey or offer based signup. This could net you around $1 per signup for your free hosting. For members who are from countries with no survey options you could offer them signup via making 10 posts on your support forum.
Requirements
A dedicated server or VPS with cPanel, TheHostingTool, a forum and a landing page. You will basically content lock thehostingtool signup page with CPALead.
There are many other ways to make money from offering free hosting:
There are a number of websites which list webhosts and free webhosts. You can pay to market on them or you can list for free (often a link back is required). They can generate hundreds of visitors to your website daily.
Forums are also great places to advertise. You can keep your site in your signature under the caption "Free WebHosting", reply to relevant topics and watch for signups.
Yahoo Answers is another avenue you may wish to explore see here: Promoting Your Website Using Yahoo Answers 101 | WebGuruBB - Webmaster Chat Forums
This idea is probably not ethical and depending on your country, legal either. However it can be extremely profitable with a site that was recently listed on Digitalpoint apparently making $2000 per month. Revenue will come from adverts on the search pages.
The Script
Here's one for $20. You can find more by searching for "BeeMp3 clone script". Flippy Volume - Music Search Engine Script | Flippy Scripts
Do you like the idea of others doing the work for you? This is similar to the 1 free Iphone idea except you are paying people a certain amount for every offer they complete (obviously less than the amount you get paid).
CPALead.com is an incentive affiliate network which allows you to post offers for your members. They may have to signup for a website. You will get paid $1 per signup and you pay them $0.5 for completing the offer. You will need a GPT script in order to run this. There are many out there- just do a search and see what meets your requirements (some automate the process for some CPA networks). You will also need a Payza and Paypal account as many potential signups will not have Paypal.
This is a script which may suit your needs: It's not a GPT script. It is much more than that | GPTEngine | popux
Unfortunately the only GPT script I have ever had some experience with is no longer developed.
To get signups you will need to market across forums and Yahoo answers in topics about making money online.
Forums, Proxies, Adult sites, Image Hosts all struggle to get accepted into advertising networks. You could change that by offer a unique advertising network for a niche. There is nothing wrong with Proxy traffic. If your script could target ads based on the user's previous usage in proxies then you could have a nice little ad network running. The same goes for other website niches.
You will need to get commitments from advertisers and publishers to join your network. You will also require a dedicated server and a developer to create or edit a script for you.
Ebooks are becoming more popular. There are a couple of sites which offer master resale rights to ebooks and you could profit with this. How about offering an ebook every week for just $5? Using sites such as Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resale Rights, Resell Rights, Private Label Right, plr ebook, video, plr articles. Worlds largest catalog. you can get top quality recent ebooks for under $30 to resell. As long as you market this correctly and decide upon a niche, then you could be onto a winner.
You will need to create a landing page and explain the concept of offering 1 ebook every single week. If you could sell 7 or so ebooks you would break even.
Some niche ideas for ebooks would be: weightloss, webmaster, business, investment.
Thank you very much. I will en-devour to answer questions if you have any!

1. Popunder Traffic Exchanger.
I have been thinking about this one for a while. Banner exchanges have existed for years and popunder exchanges have as well. However both seem to have gone out of favour for Auto Traffic Exchangers such as HitLeap.com. The problem with that is that almost all traffic you receive from HitLeap is useless. With a Popunder Traffic exchanger, members would be receiving real traffic (except for cheaters). This is also an improvement on a banner exchange because you do actually get traffic. At a 3:2 ratio (for every 3 popups the user gives, they get 2 popups in return), you could sell the excess popups. At $5 per 10,000 popups, you could be earning in no time. The Script

There are many other ways to make money from offering free hosting:
- HostGator.com offers affiliates $50 per signup for users whom they refer. When a website uses too much resources, tell the owner they must upgrade to paid webhosting.
- Adverts on free hosting clients can bring in hundreds of dollars monthly. Users won't mind as long as you offer them the ability to remove the adverts cheaply and as long as you place the adverts from the beginning.
- Paid upgrades such as diskspace upgrades, bandwidth upgrades, premium support, no adverts etc. can net you some revenue.
There are a number of websites which list webhosts and free webhosts. You can pay to market on them or you can list for free (often a link back is required). They can generate hundreds of visitors to your website daily.
