Time taken to respond to support ticket

One webhosting company has its London server down and it is not reply to support ticket. For how long should I wait for a response, before moving to another server?

I use namecheap and they have live chat support system, I can get help in minutes. Even the tickets are answered in a couple of hours. By the way, what web hosting company are you using?

I am using a large number of webhosting companies and I require support for Nexusbytes, there are threads on webhosting forums complaining about them.

Never used Nexusbytes, therefore, don't know anything about their support system. I hear that even GoDaddy has terrible support. I can use an average service if it offers a great service, however, I cannot use a good service if they have terrible support.
