What about a staff bump mod? Where when staff can bump a topic without actually posting in it. It would seem like a good idea if a staff member had created an important thread but also had to reply to some others.

Yes- I think they do in their Marketplace area. You can bump one topic ONCE per month at the most in the DP one... i.e. You only have the right to bump one topic every month.

Not sure if I would have any use for it myself. Most important topics are a sticky in forums anyway so I do not really see a point.
