Do any of you have any particular things that help you sleep at night?

For me I love having my fan going, soothes me and helps relax. Some people find running water relaxing too.

Anybody have any interesting ones? :p

fan ,some time song which is sung by mom and ,and maths class in the school

I listen to music myself and I wear an eye mask. I also make sure that the room temperature is cool but not too cold.

For me the best thing is reading in bed, for a while before I go to sleep. I find that reading late at night helps me relax and feel sleepy, making it much easier to drift off.

When i'm going through those insomniac moments, hot milk with honey always does the trick with putting me to sleep.

There are some times in the season that you won't be able to stand the cold breeze from your fan and you will even prefer things to be a little warmer. But o understand that heat can sometimes disturb our sleep and that can be annoying.

Sometime to sleep is even difficult for most people, I know of a friend that cannot sleep without taking pills, anytime I want to sleep is either I watch movies or listen to song

Sometimes watching movies in the night makes me sleep, also wish the fan on too, especially when am tired from working through out the day offline.it really works like magic

I have some boring books which I read anytime I want to force myself into sleep. I just need to read couple of pages and I am going to sleep off you didn't short period of time. Sometimes if I drink too much water I may be forced to sleep.

There are some things that might help us sleep:
1: music which is really relaxing and inspiring it helps you imagine peaceful things and fall asleep
2: sport if you are staying active before going to bed your body would feel exhaused so it will need a well sleep.
3: to blink for a few minutes so your eyes get so tired that they will have to get closed and lead you to fall asleep.
4: having a good meal before going to sleep would make you feel more satisfied and comfortable, and food often give us the will to take a rest.

I do not have any issues with sleeping but sometimes I like to listen to Hindu mantras, especially from the Vedas, to get to sleep quickly. It greatly helps. You can find these mantras on youtube.
