According to this post,

We stopped updating the releases here a few years ago, we're now just cleaning up completely.

It doesn't seem like ThemeHouse is interested in actively developing new themes or add-ons for the XF community at large; they seem to be going private clients only and maintaining the themes that those clients use.

It's because they're sick of the complaining on XenForo.

Well that sucks for those who liked their products, guess they're just tired of Xenforo. Someone asked in the thread if they're just focusing on Wordpress, but no one replied to the post.
I think they are going to continue with some XF stuff. But I do know that a few of them at TH have butted heads with some of the XenForo developers in the past (not that unusual if you don't toe the XF line and question them).
They have commented in the past about pulling their stuff from the XF resource manager and not participating there. I don't know the full story, nor do I really want to honestly.

XenForo would be like like, hold my beer because you ain't seen nothing yet 😂.
They did it before. Nothing new for them. I don't know who has the bigger ego's. TH or xenforo devs.
It's looks like they want to go down the private clientele base from now. If they have enough private clients to keep them in business, they wouldn't have any business coming back to XF.

Or complaining in general (because, that's like, half the point of the XF community :D)
Seems like the whine and cheese parties have become more regular over there, and they are attended by the usual "favorite" uncles trying to tell everybody how great it still is.

Probably because one enterprise client is worth about 200 retail sales, and that one enterprise customer is more polite and easier to work with than a good percentage of the retail clients.
That about sums it up. I always preferred to deal with our big clients. The mom and pops were always pushy and if they didn't like what we said there was hell to pay. They were always the most vocal too.
