This is ideal for those who are looking to start out small in terms of funding and build up as usually after the first year, you will see an increase in how much the domain is for renewal.

The cheapest I have paid for a domain name was my latest one and due to a new customer discount, I was able to get a .com for just over $5 for a year which was ideal.

Other than using sketchy free domain names, I've purchased a domain name for only a dollar since I've used a .xyz domain before.
