Do you have a technician on your forum for all that back-door stuff so you don't have to worry about it or do you do all that yourself because you're a nerd? Or are you a Googler?

Myself, I have some knowledge but at this moment in time I would be more a Googler than anything else.

i tend to be sitting 10 ft from an uber geek - who is that rare creature who has the knowledge and kit to be very naughty and the integrity not to be.

if anything real nasty came up he could and would track it back and send a rocket up the originators ass.

as far as home systems go i dont say we are totally secure i just say we are so much more secure than all the other networks the naughties wont try with us

Always helpful isn't it? I think that'd be quite funny to hack a site not knowing the person on the end can obliterate you just as easily, haha.

well i cant but he can - and there have been times it has been quite a burden when someone is playing up and making threats to have someone that will carry out those threats on the person making them if i just ask - i am guessing admins who regularly blast their members machines will not be mega popular lol - mind you it does get tempting with the naughties that dont do any long term damage - just cause a temporary crash

I'm a googler! It solves almost everything a lot quicker than you can- although it is best to know what you're trying to fix so you can apply something to your situation.
