Taking vacations on a forum?

There are a few times when you may not be feeling well. Perhaps you may need a break for some other reasons. This is where you may need to take a vacation. So, does your forum offer the option to activate the "vacation mode"?

There is no need to add option to activate the vacation mode in forums. As a forum owner, there a feature which you can use to make a pubic announcement which can be as a pop up message when your forum members login.

I am running three forums, and my forums use default features, I have not added any other mods except ad modes. I do not know if there is an option for vacation mode on my forum. I have not also not looked for this feature on the forums I work.
