Taken over?

Have you ever taken over your competitor? Or have they bought out you? What happened? Was the site ever the same again?

I've never had the privilage of taking over another competitor BUT AnotherAdminForum did buy ForumZAdmin from me for $20 (YAY) plus premium membership for life. They didn't even manage to merge the two forums so around 2-3 of my members ended up on AAF (ForumZAdmin only had 1450 posts anyway though ).

So has anything like this happened to you?

I had a websites where I managed to rank number 1 for my main keyword. Got around 200 UV per day from that specific keyword, pretty decent if you ask me.
