Staff With Administrative Access

Do you give administrative access to your staff? Have you given administrative access to your staff? Well, I have given administrative access to my staff in the past but interestingly, the staff was also a partner for the forum (financial). Currently, I am running two forums and none of the forum staff has administrative access.
