Staff on Multiple Forums

Do you allow your staff to become on other forums as well, especially on the forums on related niche. Do you think there would be conflict of interest? When I had staff, I had them exclusively on my forum but if my staff also wants to work on other forums, I would gladly allow, even on the forums on related niche.
