Squatters an issue for you?

Squatters are people who hijack a property and start living there. Some even force landlords to wait the full 30 days to evict them depending on location. I think it's something like that in the UK, but please correct me as I'm living in the states. And I think eviction works different in each state here. I just remember seeing a UK show where landlords are trying to clear out squatters, and it can take nearly a month to do it, even if they never signed papers.

Have you ever had to deal with that?

My great grandfather had to part with a small portion of his property as the family that served his estate was staying there for more than 10 years. Nowadays that is not the case, they can be evicted very easily.
