Right now, currently, I do not offer anything like this. Though, both of my sites are open to donations.

It's not called V.I.P. I named it Donator rank. Members could donate anything over 1$ (whatever they could afford) and they could have donator rank which had a coloured username and it's own server group on Discord and it's on group on the forum. They would have the rank permanently, they didn't have to pay monthly membership for it.
