I know this is a bit stupid...but i am using Kompozer, and I don't know how to make a new page such as, freebiesforme.co.uk/about/why. Also, i want to know how to change my current URL of each page. My proof page is /services, but i want it to be /proof, how can i do this?

The proof one is easy peasy to solve. All you have to do is rename the file "services.html" to "proof.html" and then update the navigation link in your navigation or header file.

Are you saying you would like a new page "freebiesforme.co.uk/about/why" or "freebiesforme.co.uk/about"?? Because you can't really have /about/why in html- or not that I know of. The only reason why we get double slashes like that is when it is a php call to the database and then displaying the correct text in the right place (or that's as I understand).

Anyway- hope that was some help :D

Or if you don't want to edit all your files to change the services.html to proof, you can add a redirect to your htaccess file to something like this:
redirect 301 http://foo.com/services.html http://foo.com/proof/

So whenever someone goes to services.html they will be redirected to proof

Btw I have to tell you what sam said is better than this solution!

And if you want a url like this: freebiesforme.co.uk/about/why
create a folder called "about" under your root folder and then place the why.html/php in that folder.
So the url will be freebiesforme.co.uk/about/why

I am sorry if I misunderstood you! :/

God- I'm stupid!!!! How dumb can I get? Creating a folder and then having the file underneath it would certainly do that! :)
