I remember back in the 90s and early 2000s, maybe even recently, that some sites would have site animations that start for each person that enters the site. It's kind of like a little tease of the site, or advertisement before you see the site. I knew some sites did it a lot in the past, but I think these days people are annoyed when you autoplay something right away. A video or gif isn't bad as long as they don't force loud noises on you.

Anyway, do you put site animations all over your site? Or just your homepage for the first viewing of the site?

I have never used any kind of animations on my landing pages, I don't even use landing page. People who visit my site will be taken straight to the main content. I do not like sites that have animations or use landing pages. I think using animations on your site increases bounce rate.
