Single Niche Vs. Multiple Niches

Are you running a single niche forum or multi-niche forum? Currently I have two forums and these forums are on multiple related niches. For instance, in my investment forums, I also allow business, insurance, finance, and money making topics. However, in the past, I used to run single niche forums.

I think multi niche forums are good for building activities and member base. Since multi niche allows people to communicate on a variety of subjects, these forums will attract a huge user base.
