Thanks, familiar and already a member of all of them.

TAZ has the same tired discussions. Admin Junkies is the most similar to FAF for new webmaster content, so I'm interested in watching it grow.

They’re both definitely doing well. Better than this forum. But I’m not too focused on a quick growth. I really love these smaller community moments where we can all get to know each other.

By the way I'm not asking as a critique. Just trying to understand your strategy for FAF and where you think you're doing better / worse.
I'm not looking to rush anything on FAF.

So, I'm letting this community grow at its own pace. I just like running an admin forum. I miss my old one.

I don't want to say I'm doing better or worse than other admin forums. I know one thing, though, I'm definitely not trying to compete with anyone.

Unless people are really well read on new tech knowledge, there are going to be the same old, same old conversations at forums. Talking about AI is a refreshing change right now, but that is going to get old fast too. I like when people discuss personal issues they encounter with tech, forums, hosts, etc because those can be quite unique.

Yep... and especially talking about attorneys who use AI to "research" their court cases, submit their pleading and then it's found that the majority of the cases they referenced were non-existent.

AI is good for research for making article outlines or helping to generate motivation to create.

But everything still requires fact-check. AI isn't some smart thing... all it's doing is scraping content at a high speed. It's not a robot, it's a fast algorithm, that's it.

That sounds about right!

A friend of mine was talking about AI on Facebook and someone posted some info they got from AI about her. She's a famous artist and she responded that the article got 3 things wrong about her. Who is going to correct stuff like that?

I think there needs to be regulations for AI.

I mean it could hurt jobs so much that it could cause economic issues.

But we definitely need AI to compete with other nations.
