Setting an incoming webhook for specific XF board?

Is it possible to create an incoming webhook via addon or something, on a per-board level? I'd like to pull game updates from a specific game, but they don't use Steam, nor their custom-coded blog doesn't have an RSS feed.

So I would need to have an incoming webhook pulling their twitter feed, I think, to get game update news?
