Do you know that sending out newsletters to your forum or blog members is a great way to keep your audience hooked?

Once they're done reading your blog or a forum post, they usually don't come back.

So, you must consider sending them a weekly or monthly newsletter to keep them coming back to your site. This strategy can also drive traffic to your blog or forum.

Yes, sending newsletters to your members/subscribers can be an effective way to drive traffic to your blog or forum. Encourage visitors to subscribe to your newsletter by offering a freebie, such as an ebook or discount code. You can also add opt-in forms to your website and social media profiles to make it easy for people to subscribe.

Yes,m you can drive traffic to your blog when you send newsletters, however, this method of traffic generation will work only when you have a lot of subscribers on your blog.

I was not sure if this still worked today but it makes sense to have a e-mail list. This keeps a steady stream of traffic coming to your site and likely boosts rankings on search engines. But if you don't offer anything, how do you encourage people to actually sign up?

You could manage your subscriber list and deliver newsletters or notifications using an outside email marketing service like Mailchimp. Additionally, you could make subscriber- and member-only sections of your site or forum using plugins.

This is a good initiative but in one condition if you just let subscribe to newsletter is up to member itself to decide either he joins or not your newsletter because if you do by default for any registered user this will lead to unsignups from your platform.
