If you're presented with the option to sell your forum outrightly to a new owner or the option of selling a percentage of it to someone who would become a co-owner that's going to help in managing and running of the community, which option do you think would be the best bet for you to choose?

If I love my forum very well, I would sell it to run on co-ownership.

How about you?

If managing a forum is becoming too much and if I no longer want to run the forum, I think I will put it on sale instead of having a co-owner. I do not like co-owner for my forums.
