Selling houses with central air

I believe most new houses these days utilize central air. Some may still use a furnace system, but I think more people are moving to central air so that they can also get air conditioning in at no additional cost or having to have a window unit.

Anyway, does selling a house with central air potentially earn you more money?

The houses that have more amenities tend to cost higher. For instance, you will always have to pay more money to buy a house that is fully furnished compared to a house that is not furn ished., If you are buying a house with central air., solar panels, etc. you will have to pay more money. If you own such a house, I also believe you have higher chance of selling it.
