When you sell a house, should you sell a house with or without solar panels? I feel like adding solar panels to the property, will help increase the selling price. Which would you prefer to do? Sell a house with solar panels, or sell them without? I think it depends on what the realtor and people selling the property want to do. I think I'd add solar panels, but only if I can afford to add it to my budget.

Personally, if I had solar panels installed on my house, I would prefer to sell the house with the solar panels included. Solar panels are a valuable addition that can potentially increase the selling price and appeal to eco-conscious buyers who appreciate the long-term energy savings. However, I would also take into consideration the cost of the solar panels and whether it aligns with my budget. If adding solar panels is feasible and enhances the overall value of the property, I believe it could be a smart investment when selling the house.

I have never sold a house and never bought a house. When buying a house, I will always make sure that it has solar panels for alternative energy sources. Even when the house I want to buy does not have solar panels, I will ask the owner if he can install solar panels before closing the deal.

Selling a house with or without solar panels is quite the dilemma, isn't it? Personally, I'd lean towards keeping them. Not only do they add value to your property, but they also slash those pesky electricity bills. It's like having your cake and eating it too!

Hmm if I had enough money I think I would put solar panels, I think this could make the total value of the house go up, but I don't know what the total investment would be including their maintenance, but I guess it's better, at least that's what I believe.

Yes, this is quite reasonable, since installing solar panels can really increase the value of your home and reduce long-term energy costs. Although the initial investment can be significant, there are often benefits that can help offset the costs. In addition, solar panels tend to require minimal maintenance, so the running costs are usually low compared to the potential savings on energy bills. This is a sustainable investment that can benefit both your finances and the environment in the long run.
