Hello,

I am always seeking someone and asking for help so i was wondering why won't i make a team that we could exchange things together?

So here is how it works,

Each person who completes an other person offer, he can request something back in return from the requested person.

Example:

So there is this guy called Mike and other person called Tylan.
Mike asks from tylan to register under his referral, once mike registered under his link , tylan must do something in return for mike.
However if Tylan doesn't want to request something ,he could request it later.

Requirements:

-You must have skype.(i will create a team over there who will make the exchanges- in future if the group keeps up i might make a forum)

-You must not deny someone request , except if you have a reason. (if someone asked you to install a program - who you might consider it would be a virus request him to show you Virus Scan - and video of the file that is not virus) (Services like - Pay Per Install)

-Maximum requests from the Requester* is:2 (what i mean like the example above with Mike and Tylan,Mike is allowed to have 2 requests if tylan doesn't have at the moment a request to give to Mike.

-Maximum days to complete the requested offer is 2.

NOTE:

If someone is a scammer he will be kicked from the group and not coming back, so if someone hasn't complete his offer after 2 days passed ,contact me.

If you would like to participate in this group you must add me on skype.

May I ask why an request cannot be declined?
For example: Person A requests from person B to register on a porn site via person A's affiliate link. Person B might not be comfortable with such request and would usually decline such a request, but he can't because otherwise he'll be kicked out of the group for breaking one of the rules.

Yes, I know that it's an extreme example, but something like that can happen once your group grows and I believe that you better think of another way to control the group - maybe ban requests involving certain things altogether.

Another thing, how are smaller vs. bigger requests handled? Are all requests considered the same or do bigger requests give the requested person the ability to ask for two requests from the requester once he finishes with this bigger request?

I might made a mistake on this rule, well here is the thing while you are in group and you want a service you ask like " is there someone who would someone sign up under my referral" when someone agrees on your offer to sign up under your referral you can have an exchange.

In the fact you don't decline anything is the thing that if you want to make an exchange with someone , because when someone requests something and you help him out , he have then to do something back in return for you.

Actually , the group has 7 members now and is quite active i could say is doing pretty well , people is getting to know each other and i am happy about it and proud it about it, now i can't think of banning someone only if a person scams someone then i would ban them.

You got a point i mean , you could make an exchange of someone like you joined under his referral and you click his add link or something.

But for example is not the same for someone asking make 100 posts on my forum and in return you ask him to join under your referral is kind of taking advantage of things but still you are able to accept or decline an offer someone like that.

As i stated above is not a must to accept offers but if for any reason later you will need from someone something and if you had already made an exchange that guy would own you and you can request him more easily.
Your questions has been answered.

If you have any more questions feel free to add me in skype because i am not so much active i only coming to check stuff sometime.

You're missing my point with my first question and statement. You're saying that if you owe someone a fulfillment of this request then he/she can ask anything of you, since the agreement was made when your request was fulfilled, meaning that once again that doesn't exclude circumstances where you would be uncomfortable or unwilling to fulfill request asked of you ("you" is used as an example).

For my second statement you didn't even answer it, you simply agreed with me and didn't address the issue at all.

If you ask me your rules are very flawed and easy to take an advantage of. Not to mention that the whole ability to request for request fulfillment later is ridiculous and impossible to manage without some kind of system or at least a backlog.
