Remove <navigation> from Forum Index

Open your index.php file and find following code:

eval('$index = "'.$templates->get('index').'";');

and this above

$header = str_replace("<navigation>", "", $header);

Why would you actively want to remove the navigation in your forum? This is one of the most important features if i am not mistaken because that makes it easier for people to use the site.
