Relation Between Age and Success?

Do you think age of a person affects whether he will become successful or not? Theoretically speaking, age does not determine success and you can become successful at any age. However, practically speaking, age actually matters. Do you think a young man of 20 years who does not have experience and has limited knowledge and skill will become successful? Do you think an old man of 60 years who is frail can work really hard to become successful. There are exceptions, though.
