Red Hot Chili Peppers, also sometimes shortened to The Chili Peppers or abbreviated as RHCP, are an American funk rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1983.

Red Hot Chili Peppers is one of my favorite Rock bands. I've had the opportunity to go to many concerts and they always make incredible performances. Only those who have already been to a concert of them can understand my comment, haha!

One of my favorite songs of them is "Californication".

When I heard the band name called Red Hot Chili Peppers or RHCP for short, the only song of them that pops-up in my mind is "Calfornication". I am not really the fan of this band but their song Californication is one of my favorite during my highschool days. I sing this song while playing guitar together with my classmates inside the classroom when my teacher is not around.

The Peppers have a lot of great songs and the bass player(flea) was born in Australia I think but he has a very cool sound on the guitar at times. I was listening a while back to some of their songs and they are quite unique and interesting in their own way and one of their songs which was "Under the Bridge" is quite classical sounding with Flea playing his guitar when it starts out ! Also "Otherside" is a really cool song(check out the drums in this song).

They have a recognizable and original sound and best song that they play is Californication. It has the unique melody that can ring in your ears for rest of your life. Its unforgettable song with great music video also

Wow, brings back memories. I love the song "Can't Stop" and "Californication". I still have these songs part in my playlist. I just love the way they play, and even how they make do it in live. Feels like very humble, don't know if you guys thinking the same, but the leader of this band seems to be very humble. They respect their fans, even let them have pictures, such that, gives me respect that I can't give to the other artists now. Just that I salute RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, they completed my teen age years.

Red Hot Chili Peppers were so popular way back 1990s. The shirt list vocalist made them more distinct to others. Their music were too cool than that of heavy metal rock. They were awesome!

Other Side is my favorite from them. Is this band still exist? or did they disband? they are one of my dream to watch in live , hopefully since dream theater is already gone.

It's really hard to choose but I think, for me is the "Under the bridge". I'ts a sad song actually but they diverted it to some kind of punk. I had watch some of the documentary about them, about the RHCP, how they built their band. from addiction, replacing some members, until to the death of one member. And flea, The way he play the bass guitar, wow, really amazing.
