We all know how important it is to have a great team of staff members to help us manage our websites and online communities. Without their hard work and dedication, we wouldn't be able to achieve the success we've had. (Special thanks to @Cory - @Shortie - @Strawberry - @Kale - @Nomad - @Ravenfreak)
With that in mind, I wanted to start a discussion on recognizing exceptional staff members. How do you go about showing your appreciation for your team members who go above and beyond the call of duty?
Personally, I have plans to publicly recognize exceptional staff members by creating a "Staff Spotlight" post on our website or forum. In this post, I'll highlight the staff member's achievements, their contributions to the community, and any other relevant information that showcases their hard work. More about that soon!
I also like to offer incentives for exceptional performance, such as bonuses, gift cards, or other rewards. This not only shows our appreciation, but it also motivates our team members to continue performing at a high level.
Of course, recognizing exceptional staff members doesn't always have to be about rewards or incentives. Sometimes a simple "thank you" or a kind word of appreciation can go a long way in boosting morale and showing that you value your team's hard work.
So, how do you recognize exceptional staff members on your website or forum? Do you have any unique or creative ways of showing your appreciation? Let's start a discussion and share our ideas!
