[ ABOUT SERVICES ]
If I want to upgrade or downgrade a server after its already been online, is there a setup fee?
Yes. Once your server is online, if you want to upgrade or downgrade your server, there is a minimum of $35 setup fee. For example if you want to cancel your kvm/ip, then there is a one time fee of $35.
If you want to add additional RAM in your server, there will be a monthly fee for the RAM + a one time fee of $35 for the installation of the RAM.
If you want to add additional IPs, there will be a monthly fee for the IPs + a one time fee of $35 for upgrading the IPs. Please note that some Servers are not eligible for all upgrades.

Is there a cost for reinstalling OS?
You get 1 free reinstall per month per server free of charge to be performed during next business hours.
If you think you will need to do more than 1 reinstall per month, we suggest that you get a kvm/ip with media support so that you can do the reinstall yourself at any time.
How long does server setup take?
The sooner you order the sooner we can start getting you setup. The longest setup time is next business day. This is due to a huge surplus of orders coming in.
Do you provide server hardware SLA?
Yes, we provide 2 hours SLA on hardware replacement that cause your server to be offline.
What kind of support do you offer?
All servers are unmanaged. However if there is a hardware issue, we will replace the problematic hardware free of charge.
Support for non-hardware issue is charged at $30 per 15 minutes (during business hours) and $100/hour during off business hours.
If you require server management, we recommend you buy a server management plan which will keep your costs down.
