Proboards vs IPB?

I personally prefer IPB. It's much more customizable and powerful software. Even the freely hosted option provided by Jcink on the older 1.3.1 codebase is more customizable than ProBoards if you know what you're doing. My biggest gripe with ProBoards is their annoying way of doing ads and hitting you with a full-screen ad to disable ad-block or purchase ad-removal for the board in question. That seems very counter-active & not very user-friendly to me. Just my opinion.
